Shelby Maduro is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional with more than 14 years of experience in the field of Management Consulting. Currently she is Director of the Advisory practice for Aruba & Bonaire. During her career she has conducted several projects in Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, and Sint Maarten. Shelby has sound experience with Human Resources projects e.g., assessment and formulation of organizational chart, job descriptions, job evaluation, salary structure, performance management, HR KPI’s. Additionally, Shelby has executed different projects such as formulation of strategic business plans, process descriptions, assessments of different departments and project management. Shelby was also closely involved with setting up tender procedure for the two largest Infrastructure Projects on Aruba based on the PPP methodology. Since 2011 she has been involved with supporting the Government of Aruba with the tendering and contract management of these two projects. Shelby has also sound experience with providing training in subjects such as performance appraisals, time management, change management and leadership. She was a facilitator and coach within the Leadership Academy where she has coached a total of 50 supervisors, managers and directors on Aruba.
