Chantal Loefstop is an Associate Partner in the Aruba Advisory & Assurance practice. Chantal has more than 14 years of assurance experience specializing in external audits of local and multinational clients in Aruba, Curaçao, and the Netherlands. Aside from her role of Head of Assurance and IT Director, she is currently also leading the Business Risk Services team in supporting the financial audit teams at Grant Thornton Aruba with regards to the testing and documentation of Information Technology General Controls. Her experience spans across different industries: retail and consumer, financial services, tourism and lodging, healthcare sector, and energy & utilities. She has significant experience with Dutch GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and US GAAP including experience in Information Technology General Controls.
